Terms & Conditions

The participation terms for Real Estate City Eilat 2026. Please read carefully and thoroughly before registering.

This is a courtesy English translation. The Hebrew version of the terms is the binding one.

  1. Participation in the conference is subject to the terms below. Every participant must read the terms carefully and thoroughly before registering.
  2. Registration for the conference is not subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. By registering, the participant confirms that they are not a "consumer" as defined in that law.
  3. Registration is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to another person.
  4. Registration is for all days of the conference.
  5. Bed types at the conference hotels are subject to hotel availability. There is no commitment to fulfil a participant’s request. Triple rooms include two separate beds and a sofa bed, or a double bed and two sofa beds.
  6. The Dan Hotel is the heart of Real Estate City activity; early registration may secure your stay at this hotel.
  7. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  8. Conference management reserves the right to publish on the conference website the names of people who entered the conference area without orderly registration and payment.
  9. Registration is considered final only after completing the registration form and payment.
  10. Conference participants are invited to take part in all the events, shows, meetings, benefits and varied activities offered to all attendees. The number of participants at each show is subject to licensing limits as posted at the entrance to each show. Some events, including shows and meetings, are for invitees only.
  11. This is a business conference; children may not be brought to the conference.
  12. Participants must arrive in appropriate attire and follow the instructions of the conference producers.
  13. Bringing an unregistered guest into a room will incur the participation fee plus a fine equal to the single-room participant price for all conference days.
  14. Cancellation until 1.9.2026 incurs a cancellation fee of ILS 750 plus VAT per participant. From 1.9.2026, cancellations are charged in full.
  15. Handling fee for changes — any change in room composition, hotel or number of participants incurs a handling fee of ILS 250 plus VAT.
  16. Check-in is from 16:00, or earlier if possible. A registered participant may nonetheless arrive from 11:00 and take part in all activities.
  17. Check-out is no later than 11:00.
  18. A participant who has checked out is welcome to continue taking part in the conference.
  19. A participant badge and wristband must be worn at all times, including during shows, parties and any other activity.
  20. Entry to any activity of any kind is not possible without a participant badge and wristband.
  21. The hotel provides a luggage-storage service for conference attendees while their room is not at their disposal.
  22. Suppliers of construction and design products may register and participate in the conference only as part of a branding and display package.
  23. The conference, in all its parts, is filmed in video and stills, including audience shots; the content will be broadcast and made available to the public in various media, and you may appear in the footage. By participating you confirm that your image may be filmed and that the production and anyone authorised by it may make any use of the footage, of any kind, including commercial, in any format and/or media, without limitation, and you finally and absolutely waive any right, claim or demand of any kind regarding the use of your image. If you order conference entry for others, it is your responsibility to inform them that the conference is filmed and that by entering they confirm the above; you will be responsible for any claim on their part in this matter.
  24. The conference agenda, content, lectures, meetings, hosts, shows and attractions are subject to changes and adjustments without prior notice.
  25. Recording, filming or photographing the conference or any part of it is strictly prohibited.
  26. In the event of a COVID-19 or other epidemic, entry will follow the directives of the Ministry of Health or any other governmental body in force at the time of the conference.
  27. In the event the conference is cancelled due to an epidemic / force majeure / war / military operation / deterioration of the security situation: each participant in a double or triple room will be charged ILS 1,000 plus VAT, and each participant in a single room ILS 1,500 plus VAT ("non-refundable participation fee"). If the booked hotel does not allocate the rooms, no further charge applies. If the booked hotel does allocate the rooms, the participant will additionally be charged the room cancellation fee or usage fee (if they choose to use it), all per hotel policy. Cancellation/usage of a double and/or triple room booking will charge the other room occupants accordingly.
  28. In the event of a change to the conference date, an email and SMS notice will be sent to participants at the address and mobile number provided at registration. A participant who does not give notice within 72 hours of receiving the notice, by email to Finance@building.org.il confirmed by the Building Center’s sales department, of cancelling their participation on the new date, will be deemed to have confirmed their participation on the new date.
  29. By registering, you confirm and agree that the personal information you provide will be stored and processed in the Building Center’s database and used for conference registration and operation, contact with registrants, and sending updates and marketing information about the Building Center’s events, services and products. The information will not be passed to third parties, except to the Building Center’s suppliers in Israel for services related to operating the database, advertising services and conference registrations, and where required by law or in the event of a dispute, claim, demand or legal proceedings. There is no legal obligation to provide the information, but without it we cannot complete your registration and participation. In accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review/correct the information stored about you. The database owner is the company’s controlling shareholder. To contact the Building Center, reach the controlling shareholder or exercise the right to review and correct personal information, email Finance@building.org.il.
  30. The Building Center takes reasonable and customary measures to prevent intrusion into the database, to keep participants’ personal details confidential and to prevent possible violation of participants’ privacy. Nevertheless, disruptions cannot be absolutely ruled out and full confidentiality and privacy cannot be unconditionally guaranteed. The participant therefore declares that this clause is understood and that they will have no claim or demand against the Building Center or anyone on its behalf due to a breach, malfunction or disruption that may impair the confidentiality or privacy of the participant’s details.
  31. These terms apply to every conference participant, whether they registered themselves or through a third party, including a Building Center representative, and each is deemed to have confirmed these terms and to have consented to receive marketing messages as defined in the Israeli Communications Law (Bezeq and Services), 5742-1982, by email, WhatsApp or any other means.
  32. For the purposes of these terms, "participant" means a single individual.
  33. These terms are phrased in the masculine form but address women and men alike.
